This week we hosted the company holiday party, and everyone on the team had to choose one dish from a recipe creator we ❤️. It had to represent your family heritage, so Mike chose potato leek soup to represent 🇮🇪.

So this week we’re featuring the creamy potato leek soup from @thereciperebel

It was absolutely delicious. 10/10.

What’s Cookin? This week is the potato leek soup from @thereciperebel.

As part of our holiday potluck dinner, we wanted to pay homage to each of our families heritage. So Mike decided to cook up a few Irish staples in his kitchen. It’s winter here in Boston, so what better than a creamy, hearty, potato soup.

Here’s the original recipe from Ashley aka The Recipe Rebel.

So Mike and Lesley gave it a shot, and without further ado, here’s their version. We all tried it and let me tell you it hit the spot. So heart warming and delicious. Highly recommend this one.
