1. 20 Minute Homemade Meatball Sandwich from @_seasonedtotaste
You’ll never want to buy a meatball sub again. The perfect comfort food, this homemade version comes together quickly and is packed with flavor. It makes incredible leftovers and the whole family LOVED it. We’ve made it multiple times in a single week since coming across the recipe and it’ll definitely continue to be a staple all winter long.
Highly recommend adding pesto, too (this recipe is amazing and couldn’t be easier). Promise you’ll never go back.
2. *Viral* Sticky Sesame Cauliflower from @naturallieplantbased
Not a huge fan of cauliflower? This viral recipe might change your mind.
Add it to a bowl of rice and you’ve got a delicious meal or the perfect side (pssst this combo would pair perfectly with salmon if you’re looking to add a protein).
The sauce is sooo flavorful you’ll be hooked immediately and wondering how you’ve been missing out on cauliflower for so long.
3. Chicken Enchilada Soup from @thewoodenskillet
“If I could give this recipe more than 5 stars, I would!” You might as well just go ahead and make a double batch. Cause this is about to be a hit.
Only 15 minutes of prep required and this soup comes together in under and hour (or even faster with an Instant Pot!). Plus, this recipe can easily be made gluten and dairy-free.
Who doesn’t love curling up with a warm bowl of soup this time of year?!
