Whats Cookin? @unboundwellness
We’re back with another episode of What’s Cookin from @grocerslist.
Each week we’re cookin up a recipe from a food blogger we love.
My mother in law was diagnosed with graves disease years ago, and she inspired all of us to adopt a more paleo, grain free lifestyle.
Since then we’ve been cookin @unboundwellness recipes for years. Huge fans here.
And after a recent trip to the greek islands, we fell in love with the classic lemon orzo soup, so we have been looking for an excuse to make our own version back home.
When Michelle posted her paleo version the other day using cauliflower rice, my wife texted me immediately.
So here it is. Absolutely a 10/10.
Enjoy!

In our house, we have a 7 year old and a 3 year old and we're in the midst of trying to expand their menu horizons. I'm sure you can relate.
I saw @weelicious post over the weekend about a make your own burrito bowl recipe that her kids and their friends love, so we thought we’d give it a try.
Wow. Couldn’t have been easier. Adults and kids were able to make it their own style. And Our 7 year old has not had this much variety in one bite in months 🙌.
Plus I learned the easiest, fastest way to pull chicken without a mess.

So for taco tuesday, my 7 year old wanted to give fish a try. @nomnompaleo's paleo fish sticks were the PERFECT way to re-introduce her to fish. She devoured two of these.
The fish was amazing and the tacos were a huge hit!

He doused a pork shoulder in beer and followed @pinchofyum’s slow-cooker carnitas recipe, then paired it with @southernandmodern’s taco truck green sauce.
These tacos slapped!

Some times you need to step out of the usual recipe routine, and introducing a new sauce or marinade can be a great way to do that.
So this week we’re adding a little green schug sauce to our surf and turf.
Featuring the 2 minute green schug sauce from @ruhamasfood.

When it comes to cooking, we all want to be inspired. That’s why we love following recipe creators and food bloggers. We all eat with our eyes, and instagram is our generations’ cookbook.
But whats it actually like cooking that recipe you saw on instagram this week?
Thats what “What’s Cookin?” is all about.
We’ll take one recipe each week, from a creator we love, and we’ll take it end to end, grabbing the ingredients, cooking it up, and slurping it down.
