We're back with another episode of What’s Cookin from @grocerslist.

Each week we’re cookin up a recipe from a food blogger we love.

This week we hosted the company holiday party, and everyone on the team had to choose one authentic dish that represented their heritage. What better to showcase greek heritage than to hand roll grape leaves.

So this week we’re featuring the authentic dolma recipe from @unicornsinthekitchen.

These were an absolute hit. A true labor of love.

What’s Cookin? This week is the authentic dolma recipe from @unicornsinthekitchen.

One of our teammates is greek, and as part of our familial heritage potluck dinner, he knew right away he wanted to roll up some authentic grape leaves. After a bit of instagram searching, he found unicorninthekitchen’s dolma recipe. It features fresh herbs, lots of them, and was honestly pretty simple, so he went with it, and we’re glad he did.


So we gave it a shot, and without further ado, here’s our version. Most of the prep was in chopping the herbs and rolling up the dolma, but honestly after your first few it starts to get fun.
